I use the extension tube which is more efficient and get much more even roasting.
I do decaf so that is a bit different, I like to go a bit slower during the wet phase, I get a more even roast. I do medium-plus, no baking!

Dave, enjoyed video. Have never tried roasting but have an interest and have been drinking FRC for couple years now. Recommend FRC whenever I find someone who I know pays attention to what they buy and drink. Thanks
