How do I change my password?

From the homepage, click the account icon in the top navigation. Below the login form, click "Forgot your password?" beside the LOGIN button. Enter the email you used to create your account and click “Reset.” Follow the prompts in the email sent to your inboxto reset your password.

On September 12, 2017, Fresh Roasted Coffee migrated shopping cart services. For your added security, we require all customer accounts to be reactivated. We will send you an account reactivation email that will allow you to reset your password.

Please note, all of your prior order information will be saved, including your name, email, and Fresh Points rewards.

If you are unable to contact us due to weekend/holiday hours, feel free to checkout as a guest. We will honor all Fresh Points collected during guest transactions, adding them to your account as soon as we are able.

How do I delete my account?

I'm having issues accessing your site. What browsers work best?

Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox desktop and mobile versions all work just fine. If you're having issues, check to see that you're using the most up-to-date version.

We have been told that our Fresh Points loyalty program pages do not work with Firefox under the strictest privacy settings. You may make an exception for freshroastedcoffee.com by going to about:preferences#privacy and adding our site under Manage Exceptions.

If you have any other access issues, please email them to info@freshroastedcoffee.com so that our master developers can take a look and get a fix in place!

How do I place an order?

Find the items you want to purchase, select the size, quantity and any other required specifications, then click the 'ADD TO CART' button.

When you're are ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of your screen. Once you are on your designated 'Cart' page select 'CHECKOUT' or 'PAYPAL' depending on your preferred payment preference.

Add in all of the appropriate information and apply discount code if necessary.

Discount codes and special offers cannot be applied to Subscribe & Save orders.

How do I find and manage my shopping cart?

To see and manage the contents of your shopping cart, select the shopping cart icon at the top right hand of the page.

What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item?

If you'd like to purchase larger quantities of an item, you may call our Customer Service Team at 570-495-4300 or email your inquiry to wholesale@freshroastedcoffee.com.

How do I use a special offer or discount code?

To apply a special offer or discount to your order, enter the discount code into the discount box during checkout. After the code is entered and applied by selecting the 'Apply' button, all purchase price adjustments will be reflected in the 'Total'.

If you have difficulty entering the discount code or the code does not apply the proper discount, please contact us at info@freshroastedcoffee.com.

Please note that some discount codes have usage restrictions including but not limited to: expiration dates, per customer usage restrictions, order minimums, item restrictions, bundle restrictions, and program qualifications. Only one coupon or promotion may be used per transaction.

Will I be charged tax?

You will be charged tax depending on an item(s) and its designated shipping address. We apply sales tax as required by state law per shipping destination and corresponding product selection.

Can I order an eGift Card?

Absolutely! Our FRC eGift cards are sent in the form of a personalized code that will be emailed to the purchaser. Once you receive the eGift card email, you have the option to use the code personally or email the code to a recipient of your choice. The eGift card email allows you to schedule your email to arrive at a specified time if necessary. Shop our eGift cards here.


How do I set up a subscription?
  1. Go to freshroastedcoffee.com.
  2. Pick your products, select the size, grind (for roasted coffee), and quantity.
  3. Click “Auto Deliver,” choose your frequency, and add to cart.
  4. Keep perusing if you like. Once you have everything, simply check out, and we'll use your info to get your subscription* started.

*Please note: you must have an activated FRC Customer Account to create and manage Auto Deliver orders.

What's the order minimum?

There isn't one. No matter what you get, we'll still give you 15% off.

Can I change products in my subscription?

Yes, you can manage your subscription size, grind, and frequency anytime. If you would like to swap to an entirely different product, you can do so by going into Manage Subscription Tab, clicking “Swap this for a different product,” and search for the product you'd like.

How do I change my payment method?
  • We'll only charge the card we have on file when your order is ready.
  • If your card expires, we'll send you an email with instructions how to update it.
  • You can change your payment method by logging in and clicking “Send Email*” at the bottom of your account page.
  • If you need any help, give us a call at 570.495.4300.

*For security, the email link will expire in 15 minutes.

Can I have more than one subscription?

You can have as many as you like. You'll receive email reminders three (3) days before your orders ship so you won't be surprised.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes, you can gift an upcoming order from your subscription at any time by selecting the skip button. A pop-up will give you the option to gift the one-time order and enter in the recipient's shipping details. If you want to gift a new subscription, simply set one up and enter the recipient's shipping details.

Can I set a time limit on my subscription?

We don't currently offer a scheduled timeframe (e.g. May 1 - June 1) for subscriptions, but you can edit your frequency any time from your account page.

Will canceling an order cancel my subscription?

Nope! Canceling an order just skips those products' next charge date.


When was my coffee roasted?

At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we ensure your coffee is always roasted per order! Your coffee roast date is on any package you receive from us and is located on a white sticker at the bottom of any bag or box.

We use the Julian Calendar system for our coffee roast dates. This calendar represents the numerical day of the year, see chart below for numbers and associated roast dates.

What coffee grind do I need?
Fine Grind

At a fine grind, coffee should be soft to the touch and powdery, somewhere between confectioner's and granulated sugar. Fine grinds are used in brewing methods that utilize pressure and short brewing times, such as espresso or AeroPress.

Medium Grind

Also called "drip grind," medium-ground coffee resembles sand and is the most common grind. Medium grinds are used in automatic drip coffeemakers and the Chemex. Fun fact: If you aren't pleased with your brew and would like to adjust the grind, your grinder's medium setting is the best place to work coarser or finer from.

Coarse Grind

Coarse coffee grounds are larger and more jagged, similar to kosher salt. Coffee made using a coarse grind brews longer because fewer coffee particles are exposed to the water. French presses and Toddy Cold Brew products use a coarse grind.

What's a Fresh Point?

A Fresh Point is something that gets you one step closer to Fresh Roasted Coffee coupons or promotional merchandise!

How do I get a Fresh Point?

First you have to register your account. Lots of our friends buy without ever registering their account with a username and password and that's cool by us, but you can only get Fresh Points - and spend Fresh Points - if you register. So if you're already registered, you're already getting points! After that, just buy stuff. Every buck you spend is a point (Watch for double and even triple point sales!) We give you points just for setting up your account and being awesome. Follow us on Instagram or Twitter - get points. We give you points for your birthday because we're super cool people. Come to think of it, it's actually hard not to get Fresh Points.

Do I get Fresh Points for buying Tea? Or T-shirts? Or grinders? Or coffee pods? Or a French press?


How do I find out how many Fresh Points I have?

So, you know our website? FreshRoastedCoffee.com? You're on it right now. At the top of the page, you'll see this guy . Click on him to register, log-in, adjust your subscriptions, make a quick re-order, or check your Fresh Points balance! (If you're on mobile, you have to click this ☰ before you see this .)

If you're signed in to your account, you'll also see your Fresh Points balance on the checkout page!

OK, so I got Fresh Points. Now what?

Log in to your account and select Fresh Points from the menu (see above).

From there, you can check your balance, unlock a reward, and see how to get even more points. Apply Fresh Points discount codes from the dropdown menu at checkout. If you want to redeem for free promotional items which include coffee, tea, and cool swag, you have to do that from the rewards page. (From the rewards page, just click REDEEM NOW on the product you want to unlock and add the item to your cart.)

If you choose to use the Express checkout option at the top of the checkout page (Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal), you must log in to your account and apply your Fresh Points discount prior to clicking on that option. Once that option is selected, you will no longer be able to apply a Fresh Points discount for your transaction. If you are using a browser extension that tries different discount codes, it may insert a different code than the one from our loyalty program. It's your responsibility to make sure you're using the code you want to use.

I'm at Checkout and I can't see the Fresh Points drop down!

Uh oh. Well, there's a couple of things that could be going on here. First, make sure you're logged in. Click this guy in your browser or this guy then that guy if you're on mobile.

Next, ya gotta have cookies enabled. If your browser is set to the strictest security settings, the cookies can't track your purchases and add in your points - or let you collect them at checkout. Some ad blockers and other browser security extensions may do the same thing. We'll never sell any of your customer data or use it for evil deeds! We promise!

Finally, did you select one of the Express Checkout options like Shop Pay, PayPal or Amazon Pay? That takes you out of our checkout and into an express lane - but it also bypasses your Fresh Points. If you're stuck in one of their checkout screens, look for a button or link that says “Check out as guest.” That will get you back to our checkout and you should see the Fresh Points dropdown. Apply your points, then you can select your payment method.

Note: If you're stuck in a Shop Pay loop (where your getting lots of Captcha screens and verification texts) you can opt out of that process here https://shop.app/pay/phone-optout. This will not change your Fresh Roasted Coffee account!

Here's some more rules!

Fresh Points are only valid for online purchases made on FreshRoastedCoffee.com and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers - no stacking the coupons or applying the coupons to sale prices, in other words. Wholesale customers will not accrue rewards points for their purchases. Rewards usage and restrictions are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Fresh Point discounts are only valid on purchases of coffee and/or tea. Discounts are not valid on Fresh Roasted Coffee / Positively Tea merchandise or gear unless otherwise specified. Discounts cannot be combined with Auto Deliver Subscription orders. Fresh Points may be used for the promotional items specified on the Rewards page.

What if I don't want any coupons?

That's cool, we'll take them, Mr. Moneybags. Then we'll have all the coupons and all the coffee!! Ha hah hah hahhhh! {Note to self - use Mr. Moneybag's coupon to buy decaf…}

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped from our roasting facility Monday - Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Fresh Roasted Coffee makes every effort to roast, package and ship your order within 24 hours. We utilize various carriers to provide you the best and most expedited shipping available.

How do I track my order?

Each time you place an order through our site, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your order.

A shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account/order and will include a link to track the progress of your shipment.

You may also log into your store account and select an order from your 'Order History' to view tracking information for that order.

When tracking your order, please note that shippers often send packages to their closest distribution hub before they're sent to you. If you notice that your package has gone from Pennsylvania to Tennessee in order to go to Maryland, for instance, don't assume that your package has been lost! It may sound inefficient, but that's how it works.

Also, please note that once your package leaves our facility, we cannot update, change, add-to, or in any way effect changes. Your package is quite literally out of our hands from that point on!

Can I ship parts of my order to a different address?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer the option to send one order to more than one shipping address.

You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship an item(s) to multiple addresses.

Does Fresh Roasted Coffee ship to international destinations?

Currently, Fresh Roasted Coffee only ships to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO, and certain U.S. Territories.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

The shipping of unroasted green coffee beans to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is prohibited by the US and HI Departments of Agriculture.


What does the option to pay with installments on Shop Pay mean?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

How does paying in installments on Shop Pay work?
  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Check out with Shop Pay.
  3. Choose to pay in 4 installments

Your first payment will either be due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. the next 3 remaining installments will be atuomaticaly charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. And don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to keep you in the know.

Which purchases can I pay in installments on?

Purchases between $50-1,000 of any product with the Shop Pay Installments option on the product page can be purchased using this payment method.

My installments payment using Shop Pay was rejected - why?

Eligibility for and approval of Shop Pay Installments is managed by Shop Pay and Affirm. Fresh Roasted Coffee has no control over this process, but you should receive an email from Affirm detailing why your payment was rejected.

What happens if I partially or fully cancel my order that was paid in installments?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

Will this affect my credit score?

No, if you choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay, there will be no impact to your credit score. For Shop Pay installments, Affirm will not report to credit bureaus.
