On September 12, 2017 Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. migrated shopping cart services and for your added security we require that all customer accounts to be reactivated. We will send you an account re-activation email that will allow you to reset your password.
Please note, all of your prior order information will be saved as well as your name, email and rewards points.
If you are unable to contact us due to weekend/holiday hours, please feel free to checkout as a 'Guest'. We will honor all 'Fresh Points' collected during a guest transaction and will add them to your account as soon as we are able.
If you have a store account, you will accrue Fresh Points by placing orders, referring friends, reviewing products, engaging on social media, birthdays and more.
To redeem Fresh Rewards you must first accrue enough Fresh Points to unlock a reward. You can check on the quantity of your Fresh Points by logging into your account and clicking the FRESH POINTS + icon at the bottom lefthand side of the site.
Once you have unlocked a reward, the option to 'REDEEM' that reward will be shown to the right of the coupon in the FRESH POINTS + pop-up window. Click 'REDEEM' if you'd like to use a Fresh Reward. This will generate a unique code that can be applied at checkout. Or wait to accumulate enough points to unlock your next reward!
Fresh Rewards are only valid for online purchases made on freshroastedcoffee.com and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Wholesale customers will not accrue rewards points for their purchases. Rewards usage and restrictions are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

To opt-in to shopify pay, on your mobile device, simply click "save my information" and enter your mobile phone number.
How It Works:

Who Has Access to My Information?
No merchant has acessess to specific payment information. Once you verify your identity, the information moves from the PCI compliant servers directly to the payment network to complete the transaction.
How Do I Opt Out?
You can opt out of Shopify Pay's accelerated checkout feature at any time. When you opt out, all of your saved information will be deleted. To opt out go to this link https://pay.shopify.com/ and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
To apply a special offer or discount to your order, enter the discount code into the discount box during checkout. After the code is entered and applied by selecting the 'Apply' button, all purchase price adjustments will be reflected in the 'Total'.

Orders are shipped from our roasting facility Monday - Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Fresh Roasted Coffee makes every effort to roast, package and ship your order within 24 hours. We utilize various carriers to provide you the best and most expedited shipping available.
Each time you place an order through our site, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your order.
A shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account/order and will include a link to track the progress of your shipment.
You may also log into your store account and select an order from your 'Order History' to view tracking information for that order.
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer the option to send one order to more than one shipping address.
You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship an item(s) to multiple addresses.
