Organic Sumatra Decaf - Classic Coffee Pods

Cupping Notes: Earthy, Creamy, Baker's Chocolate

Excellent Sumatran coffees truly capture the essence of the jungle, producing an earthy and sometimes vegetal cup with chocolate undertones and a creamy finish. Our Sumatra Water-Processed Decaf Coffee is an organic option that uses a chemical-free decaffeination method to retain optimal flavor and body. Sumatran coffee is already known for its low acidity, and the decaffeination process lowers it even further, making for an exceptionally smooth cup.

I adore this coffee and

"I adore this coffee and this company! Large selection of decaf and I love the richness and smooth flavor. Reasonably priced which was the initial draw. Sitting with the foster pups and enjoying a big cup! Love the discounts and free shipping!"

Excellent Organic Sumatra Water-Processed Coffee

"It is an excellent coffee with good aroma. When we make coffee in the morning the house smells wonderful with the fragrance. It also taste delicious and very refreshing. Excellent way to start the day! I highly recommend this product!"

Ildiko T. (5/5)

FRC Sumatra is our standard go-to

"We drink Fresh Roasted Coffee’s Sumatra in K cups and the Swiss water decaf as ground EVERY day. Very smooth, deep flavor, essentially ZERO acid. This all adds up to needing less sweetener or lightener just to kill the acid. Since it’s only two of us, the two pound bag seems to be a good option. Highly recommend if you like coffee and sometimes your stomach doesn’t."

Terry G. (5/5)

Some of the best coffee beans ever

"Fresh roasted carries some of the best coffee beans i have purchased. I am a bona fide coffee snob and am very picky about my blends and beans. I like a med dark to dark coffee. I get the Sumatra and one if the decaf dark roasts; i grind the beans together to get the perfect taste for me. It's smooth, non acidic, perfect!"

Carol A. (5/5)

A good medium flavored decaf. Not quite the dark roast I was looking for

"Overall a decent cup of coffee. I appreciate the fact that the beans are organic and not processed with chemicals. Unfortunately it was lighter in roast and flavor than I was expecting/hoping for. My preferred coffee is from the horrible notorious company in the Pacific Northwest and I've been trying to find an organic alternative that tastes similar."

Absolutely fantastic coffee! My Mom,

"Absolutely fantastic coffee! My Mom, 93, and I love love love this! The taste is Uhmazing. Definitely going to reorder!"

Roberta R. (5/5)

Low acid. I like this

"Low acid. I like this coffee but I prefer the less expensive organic Ethiopian decaf."

Mike G. (4/5)

Great Tasting Ethiopian Decaf.

"Great flavor, good roasting and great value. I really enjoyed these Ethiopian beans. I appreciate the value for this type of bean, especially in decaf. Good shipping as well and in a good timing. I highly recommend this product."

Emmanuel K. (5/5)

The Sumatra is smooth

"I wonderfully mild coffee. The Sumatra is my favorite for its smoothness and balance always make a great cup."

Stephen M. (5/5)

Rich Flavor-Best Decaf

"I tried water-processed decaf Colombian and Peru but Sumatra is the winner when it comes to flavor: full-bodied, robust, could not tell is decaf. We buy direct from FRC assuming Amazon takes a big chunk of suppliers’ profit."

Q&A

Would this work with ALL Keurig cup coffee makers?
Our recyclable/compostable coffee pods are compatible with all Keurig 1.0 & 2.0 single-serve coffee machines. They are NOT compatible with the Keurig Vue coffee machines.
Would these work with a Nespresso? Original Line, not Vertuoline. Anybody have any idea if they'd fit ??? Thanks!
Hello, Our pods are not compatible with Nespresso Brewers. Best, Team FRC
Does this actually have chocolate in it? I am allergic and need to know before purchasing. Thank you.
Hello, We do not add anything to our coffees. The cupping notes are naturally occurring flavors that vary depending on growing conditions, geographical location and roast profile. Team FRC
