This Decaffeinated Ethiopian coffee exhibits gentle nuances of flavor with balanced acidity and medium body. The sweet, wine-like aroma comes from the natural sun-drying process. These coffee beans are grown in the southern region of Ethiopia. This is widely considered the birthplace of coffee and was first discovered there over a thousand years ago.

This stunning Ethiopian varietal is deep and rich with dark cherry flavors, hints of chocolate, and a creamy finish. The water-based decaffeination process means no harsh chemicals were used during decaffeination and 99.9% of all caffeine has been removed.

How much caffeine does Ethiopian Sudamo decaf have?
Hello! While we do not do any caffeine testing in house, this particular coffee is Swiss Water Processed, meaning it is 99.9% caffeine free as opposed to traditional decafs which are roughly 97% caffeine free. Team FRC
