From there, the cherries go through rigorous hand-sorting, traditional wet processing, and slow sun-drying on raised African drying beds before final dry milling. "I like to drink rich dark coffee grown in volcanic soil. Having lived in Indonesia (Island of Java) believe me when I say I know good (great) tasting coffee! Since you have extensive varieties of national grown coffees I have explored many of them.
