Organic Ethiopian Sidamo Decaf - Unroasted Coffee Beans

Ethiopian Sidamo Decaf coffee exhibits gentle nuances of flavor with balanced acidity and medium body. The sweet, wine-like aroma comes from the natural sun-drying process. Ethiopian Sidamo Decaf is grown in the Kaffa region of the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, where coffee was first cultivated over a thousand years ago.

Both the caffeinated and decaffeinated Sidamo coffees in our half-caf blend were grown on organic co-ops in Ethiopia. Purchasing these organic coffees provides farmers with vital premiums that directly improve their quality of life. These premiums are invested into programs that support more advanced farming techniques, ensuring the exceptional quality of this coffee for years to come.
