Our Fair Trade, USDA Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe green coffee is a high quality unroasted bean with bright citrusy acidity begging to be roasted and enjoyed. We suggest taking this bean to a light to medium roast to ensure all of the delicious and often mild flavor notes are not lost in a darker roast.

Our unroasted, green coffee selection is intended for roasting purposes. Do not consume green coffee. Green coffee that has been purchased and roasted is not returnable.
