This Decaffeinated Peru utilizes a water-process decaffeination method, eliminating the need for harsh compounds or chemicals during caffeine extraction, while also helping to preserve the coffee's flavor, balance, and body. This is truly a well-balanced and mildly acidic Peruvian decaf coffee that promotes economic and environmental sustainability.

This coffee has been subjected to thorough mold, mycotoxin, and pesticide screening conducted by a certified, third-party analytical laboratory. "I tried all decaf options from Fresh Roasted Coffee. The Organic Peru Decaf is outstanding - favorite. I also tried other brands, like La Prima, Illy, and the overhyped Purity. Fresh Roasted Coffee is better than all of these. I drink only decaf, so this is what I can compare. But, according to James Hoffmann, it is the decaf that distinguishes the top roasters from the rest as decaf is much more difficult to make well than regular coffee. Extra points for social responsibility and for mold, mycotoxin, and pesticide testing. Thank you for the great coffee!"
