"I lost my supplier of my favorite coffee, and after trying many other brands, I decided my only recourse was to roast my own. I discovered that my favorite bean was available for roasting; and some web research led me to the SR800. Although the included instructions were minimal, there are plenty of helpful tips on the web. Nonetheless, I did manage to over-roast my first batch, but the second batch came out near perfect. So having never roasted coffee before, I found it easy and straight-forward. The SR800 is very easy to use and clean but above all - I am now drinking my favorite coffee again without any fuss or bother. Definitely should have done this years ago."

"Watching all of their deals you can save quite a lot on this and it's an excellent roaster. Watch a youtube video or two and it's pretty easy to figure out. Already my roasts are as good to me as the coffee I was paying nearly twice as much for to have roasted for me."

- Hi Matthew - The primary difference appears to be the roasting capacity, but the SR800 also has a heavy-duty high capacity fan and heater. Thanks for your question!
