The FRC Tanzanian Peaberry is a nice light roast, mild body coffee with a nice brightness and rich flavors. It has a sweet roasted aroma that sticks around in the cup afterwards. A nice change up from the full body and medium roast coffees. I find a course grind, with a good temperature water (200 degrees F), and paper filter makes the most enjoyable cup though it is still good through a french press or aero press. Wait until about 1/2 to 3/4 way cooled down, then the bright tones and sweet caramelized flavor with hints of earth and coffee bean start to take over. The light roast and mild body has a lightness and freshness, that goes well with the bright tones.
