    Very smooth and tasty coffee. Have tried this product, Bali Blue Moon and the Papua New Guinea and found them all to be fine coffees although I prefer the Papua New Guinea out of the 3 based on taste, potency and price.

    Full robust body. Not the freshest roast like a local roaster, but very good for internet order.

    Good roast character, not overdone. Hints of cocoa, wood and dried dark fruits. Light acidity and firm body. Would like it to be a bit more berry forward as found in the best crops of Mandheling.

    Earthy, rich,, yet complex


    This coffee makes a wonderful Nitro cold brew. The creamy Nitro head complements the chocolate and roasty character of the beans. IMO, Sumatran coffee has earthy, woody notes that add an interesting "farmhouse" character to the beer. Sumatran coffee yeast? The fruit is here also, more dark than bright. We try to have this coffee around at all times.
