I'm so glad we tried the Dark Ethiopian. The smell of the whole beans is otherworldly - I can't quite describe it, but very different than all the others we tried. Spicy, loamy, mysterious.
The beans are nice and oily, but not over-roasted by any means. They grind quite well, and they seem to keep for several weeks without too much drop-off.
The result is delicious, and just the right strength. So good. If you're looking for something new and different, this is the one to try
