    This coffee received high marks in both body and character and is balanced by a medium acidity and sweetness. The smooth body is highlighted by sweet lemon flavors topped off with notable walnut flavor.

    We usually order the Colombian Supremo coffee beans but sometimes try a different one. We have tried this one before and like it as much. I usually sprinkle a little organic cinnamon over the grounds which helps lower the acidity and makes the coffee taste that much better.

    Find Me A Coffee From Central America That I Don't Enjoy


    I have yet to find a Central American coffee that I don't like. This fits the same pattern as the rest of them: delicious, smooth, easy to drink. I guess real heroes out there want coffee that they have to wage war with to genuinely enjoy, but I'm not interested in the same sort of battle. So I go with this instead.
