Ethiopian Sidamo coffee exhibits gentle almond nuances with balanced acidity and medium body. The sweet, wine-like aroma comes from the "Natural" sun-drying process. Ethiopian Sidamo is grown in the Kaffa region of the Sidamo province of Ethiopia. This is where coffee was first discovered over a thousand years ago. This Ethiopian Sidamo is in the same family as Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.

Here at Fresh Roasted Coffee, we worked tirelessly until we found a way to provide our customers with the ease of their favorite one-touch coffee makers, with the added bonus of environmental awareness. Our FRC Cups are clean, green, recyclable containers filled to the brim with our signature artisan blends and single origins. We refused to settle, so our customers could do the same.

We ordered this coffee because our adopted daughter is from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia. If you ask any Ethiopian, they will tell you Sidamo has the BEST coffee bean! As we toured a coffee plant in Ethiopia this summer, the owner said that the land, soil, was the best there! My husband ran out of all the coffee we had brought back with us and found this coffee online, he loves it!

Hooked at the first sip. A perfect anytime roast. Always loved coffee from Ethiopia and so happy I can now enjoy it from my Kuerig brewer.

We spent 2.5 years in Ethiopia in the 70s and enjoyed their local coffee. This coffee reminds us of those days. You won't go wrong trying the coffee as it demonstrates the coffee flavor from this African nation.

This is a really good coffee. Not real strong but full of flavor. I have been very impressed with the quality of all Fresh Roasted Coffee products. You can taste the difference in the freshness of each cup. After trying a lot of different coffee companies they have become my favorite and for the moment exclusive choice. This particular Sidamo is one of my regular favorites. I have found it helpful to order every couple weeks so as to keep it as fresh as possible. The only drawback is a very minor one. The FRC cups (for my Keuring) have a slower drip rate. So I have to wait a few extra seconds for each cup. They ship extremely quickly as well. Certainly highly recommended.
