I like a good Columbian coffee and the FRC Sierra Nevada Columbian Organic is no kidding. This is a bold body, medium roast. Unlike other Columbian beans, this one has nice airiness that separates the upper and the lower tones in an enjoyable experience. You get the dark, chocolate of the traditional Columbian bean however, the almond and milk tones satisfy the upper part of the palate. This is one of my favorites due to it's nice milky coffee chocolate finish while having a sweet almond tone. I like it once about 3/4 cooled, the brighter tones start to kick in as the acidity level drops and the coffee takes on the caramel kick of the roast.
