With the crazy heat of late summer we decided to try a make-your-own popsicle recipe with our organic kombucha brewed with Positively Tea. We used our Organic Mango Tango Tea for this kombucha recipe. These cool treats are a refreshing, no sugar added treat to boost your probiotic intake and keep your gut (and taste buds) happy.
Traditional popsicles contain loads of artificial colors, flavors and added sugars which can lead to weight gain, high blood pressure and other health risks. Kombucha popsicles use only 1 ingredient (two if you decide to add fresh, organic fruit) and contain no added sweeteners. You get to enjoy one of the best desserts ever without the guilt and unnecessary additives. What You Will Need:
- Popsicle molds (we like stainless steel or BPA free plastic options)
- Kombucha (store bought or home prepared with Positively Tea)
- Organic fruit (whole or blended) for some awesome flavor combos!
How To Make Kombucha Popsicles:
- Pour kombucha and any additional fruit into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
